How can good design play a role in the planning of a National museum and help it grow to one of the most visited museum's in the country?
Join the New Orleans Architecture Foundation and the National WWII Museum on Friday, July 7th for a Private Tour, Lecture, Cocktail Reception and Book Signing with renowned Architect and Project Designer of the Museum, Bart Voorsanger, FAIA. Voorsanger will speak about his career, the design of the museum, and his recently published book, UNFOLDED: How Architecture Saved My Life.
Bart Voorsanger will be joined by Ed Mathes, AIA and Scott Evans, AIA of Mathes Brierre Architects. Together, Bart, Ed and Scott will discuss the role of good architecture and design in the planning and growth of the NWWII Museum expansion. Majority of the NWWII Museum expansion has been executed by Voorsanger Mathes, LLC, a partnership of Voorsanger Architects and Mathes Brierre Architects.
